The Technical Delivery Lead - Banking & Credit - Manager/Snr Manager position at EY FS Ireland involves leading technical delivery of banking projects, collaborating with solution architects and product owners, and ensuring successful completion of major activities and tasks.
Requirements
- 8+ years of strong experience in technical project management, with a focus on banking systems
- Strong experience in stakeholder management
- Knowledge and proven experience of working with IT Software Development Lifecycle methodologies (SDLC) majoring in Agile (Scrum / Kanban)
- Ability to build and manage relationships across business and technology stakeholders
- Strong understanding of banking applications and architecture and industry regulations
- Good understanding of Credit or Core Banking systems
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects end to end on time and within budget
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in delivering business value from technology as well as communicating the value to senior business stakeholders
- Experience working in banks across multiple product domains (e.g., Retail, Corporate, SME, Treasury)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Experience with various project management tools and methodologies
- Proven self-motivation to take initiative and master new tasks quickly
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and approach work methodically with attention to detail
- Have a strong academic record including a third level degree, preferably in IT or relevant field
- Having worked in the consulting industry is advantageous
