Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Delivery Lead for our Payments & Cards team in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in technical project management, with a focus on payment and/or cards systems, and a strong understanding of payment processing systems, payments architecture, and industry regulations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of strong experience in technical project management, with a focus on payment and/or cards systems
- Strong experience in stakeholder management
- Have knowledge and proven experience of working with IT Software Development Lifecycle methodologies (SDLC) including Waterfall & Agile
- Have ability to build and manage relationships across business and technology stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of payment processing systems, payments architecture and industry regulations
- Good understanding of European payments schemes e.g. SEPA.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in delivering business value from technology as well as communicating the value to senior business stakeholders.
- Experience working in banks across multiple product domains. (e.g., Retail, Corporate, SME, Treasury)
