Requirements
- Grow the GDS payroll consulting practice through strong collaboration and relationship building with EY global offices.
- Implement and execute internal processes to ensure achievement of metrics on productivity, utilization, head count growth and penetration
- Ensure quality of delivery and all aspects of operational management. Manage engagement risk, project economics, manage escalations and ensure effective planning and budgeting
- Develop thought leadership, collateral, tools, techniques, methodologies to build and enhance payroll offering within the practice
- Provide expertise and direction to the team on client engagements involving Payroll service areas (Payroll Inputs, Gross to Net processing, Payroll remittances, Garnishments, Workforce management, etc.).
- Design of payroll delivery options (consolidation of multiple payrolls, vendor advisory, shared service centre development, use of technology to generate efficiencies), and payroll transition management
- Perform role of counsellor and coach, define and set goals, conduct performance reviews and ensure ongoing learning and development of the team
- Lead AI/Gen AI/Agentic AI Proof of Concept/Accelerator build within Payroll practice
- Implement strong people practices and policies; provide counselling support to individuals in the team for their learning and development, performance management and career growth
- Drive effective client communication, cadence and build relations with client and project counterparts across global locations. Ensure to obtain excellent feedback from the client and global project counterparts
