Requirements
- 12-16 years of experience in Payroll operations and consulting domain
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in global payroll advisory
- Master's degree in Finance/HR or full-time MBA
- Strong understanding of 1 or more payroll technology systems
- Experience in managing large teams and multiple engagements simultaneously
- Ability to manage ambiguity and be proactive
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity
- High energy levels, agility, and adaptability
- Ability to travel nationally and internationally
