We are looking for an HR Transformation Manager to lead end-to-end HR and People transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will help organizations redesign how HR operates — across operating model, processes, technology, and service delivery — ensuring measurable business and employee impact.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of professional experience in HR transformation and project delivery.
- Strong background in project/program management, ideally in consulting or complex, multi-country programs.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end HR processes and operating models, including exposure to payroll and/or compensation & benefits areas.
- Hands-on exposure to HR platforms, particularly SAP (HCM or SuccessFactors), Workday, ServiceNow HR, or similar solutions.
- Experience with HR process harmonization and standardization across regions or business units.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) and BPMN.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with senior HR, Payroll, and business leaders.
- Excellent English (C1+).
