We are seeking a Vice President in our Investment Banking - Equity Capital Markets team to advise clients on strategic alternatives and corporate finance solutions.
Requirements
- Advising clients on strategic alternatives and corporate finance solutions.
- Researching, reviewing, and tracking precedent transactions.
- Producing detailed and informed capital markets data, with a focus on the IPO and pre-IPO capital markets.
- Targeting and analyzing the private company landscape to source potential clients.
- Preparing and delivering compelling presentations and pitches.
- Managing client engagements both internally and externally.
- Training and developing junior bankers and managing their content.
