Investment Banking - Technology - EY Capital Advisors - Vice President

The role offers significant responsibility and direct exposure to Managing Directors, with the expectation that Vice Presidents take ownership of transaction execution and client management, as well as build commercial relationships over time.

Requirements

• Experience with the M&A and capital raising process
• Strong technical foundation in accounting, corporate finance, and financial analysis
• Ability to independently manage multiple transaction workstreams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong judgement and attention to detail across all phases of the deal lifecycle
• Effective communicator with the ability to interface directly with senior client executives and counterparties
• Proven ability to lead and develop junior team members while maintaining high execution standards
• Commercial awareness and interest in developing client relationships and sector expertise over time
