As a Managing Director in the Healthcare Investment Banking group, you’ll provide clients with advice on all aspects of M&A and capital markets alternatives through highly focused industry teams with world-class, global execution capabilities.

Requirements

• Advise companies regarding M&A, strategic, and corporate finance transactions.
• Supervise, coach and mentor Senior Vice Presidents, Vice Presidents, associates and analysts to prepare compelling pitch materials, offering memoranda and related materials for M&A and capital raising mandates.
• Develop relationships with investors and strategic participants in the sector for M&A and capital raising mandates.
• Perform extensive financial analysis, valuation analysis, and pro forma financial modeling.
• Identify key issues and potential areas of valuation and transaction risk within engagements.
• Perform in-depth sector market and company-specific coverage.
• Contribute to recruiting and team development initiatives.
