Job Description

You'll provide technology consulting services to insurance clients, analyze business requirements, and design and implement solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, Industrial Administration, Business, or a related field
- 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience defining business and technical requirements
- 3 years of relevant experience working at a financial services company or comparable experience working as an advisor to a financial services company
- 3 years of experience working at or advising a property and casualty insurance carrier
- 2 years of experience managing and supervising a team of technology advisors
- 3 years of experience researching client inquiries and emerging issues
- 3 years of experience with definition of technical requirements, systems and vendor selection, system integration, IT process reengineering, program/project management and implementation planning (PMO), and proof of concept
- 3 years of experience in enterprise application integration, business intelligence/decision support, enterprise data design and management
- 2 years of Application/Package experience in one of the following: Guidewire, OneShield, Exigen, MajescoMastek, Duck Creek, Insurity, or CSC
