Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 5-4 years of experience in business and technical requirements
- 3 years of experience working at a financial services company or comparable experience
- 3 years of experience working at or advising a property and casualty insurance carrier
- 2 years of experience managing and supervising a team of technology advisors
- 3 years of experience researching client inquiries and emerging issues
- 3 years of experience with technical requirements, systems and vendor selection, system integration, IT process reengineering, and program/project management
- 3 years of experience in enterprise application integration, business intelligence, and enterprise data design and management
- 2 years of Application/Package experience in Guidewire, OneShield, Exigen, MajescoMastek, Duck Creek, Insurity, or CSC
