Job Description
We are looking for Managers who are ready to step into a role with real commercial and delivery ownership — not just execution. Depending on your background, your domain focus will sit in one of our priority areas: Business Transformation, SAP-enabled change, AI Implementation, or market development for a specific geography.
Requirements
- 7–10 years consulting experience, with at least 2–3 years at Manager level or equivalent
- Solid delivery track record in at least one domain: Business Transformation, SAP, AI-enabled change, or a related consulting area
- Early commercial exposure - you’ve been in client conversations, contributed to proposals, and understand how consulting work is won
- Familiarity with at least one key market: UK & Ireland, DACH, France, or Nordics - either through direct experience or language
