Senior Manager β Business Consulting role at EY GDS Poland, combining consulting delivery excellence with commercial drive and people leadership. The role is four-dimensional, with responsibilities in demand and business development, competency and offering development, people development, and delivery excellence.
Requirements
- 12β15 years consulting experience
- 5 years of leadership experience
- Deep expertise in at least one domain: Business Transformation, SAP S/4HANA, or AI-enabled change
- Familiarity with at least one key market: UK & Ireland, Germany/DACH, France, or Nordics
- Experience working in or alongside a GDS/offshore delivery model
- Strong internal influencing skills
- Track record of building and developing teams
