Manager - Employment Tax - Financial Services - London

We're looking for a high-performing Manager to join our Financial Services Employment Tax team and help drive practice growth. You'll work on diverse client engagements beyond compliance — from complex advisory projects to broader people strategies.

Requirements

• Deliver employment tax compliance and advice to clients in a broad range of industry sectors.
• Contribute to business development and client pursuit efforts by preparing proposals and delivering presentations to potential clients.
• Manage the successful delivery of technically complex and demanding consulting projects, ensuring technical excellence and a practical, business-driven approach.
• Build opportunities to capture new business and develop client relationships.
• Recognize and manage potential issues effectively during client assignments.
• Structure and manage projects or programs of work that meet and exceed client expectations while mitigating any risks or issues.
