Requirements
- Completed economic studies (IBWL, BWL, Business Information Systems or comparable fields)
- At least four years (Senior Consultant (m/f/d)) or six years (Manager:in) of relevant professional experience in consulting or in an industrial company
- Experience in designing and implementing financial processes and business models, as well as participation in or leadership of transformation programs in the areas of Accounting, (Group) Reporting, or Controlling of employees up to top management
- Experience and expertise in the area of CFO Agenda as well as UGB, IFRS, or Consolidation
- Excellent MS Office skills, knowledge of Business Intelligence and process digitalization tools an asset
- Strong communication skills in German and English
- Excellent analytical skills and creative solution approaches
- Well-developed proactivity and initiative, combined with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Enthusiastic team player, who enjoys working in an international project environment
