As a Senior Consultant Transformation (Financial Services) at EY, you will advise leading financial institutions and regulatory authorities on strategic reorientations and modernizations of their supervisory, risk, and compliance areas. You will shape the future of risk management and compliance functions by developing and implementing innovative technologies and data-driven solutions.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, Finance, Business Law, Economics, or a comparable degree with a focus on financial markets, business administration, risk management, or business management.
- First relevant work experience in a consulting environment, at financial institutions, regulatory authorities, or Fin-/RegTechs – ideally with a focus on regulatory processes, risk management, or compliance.
- Strong interest in the digital transformation of the financial sector, Fin- & Regtechs, and in how modern technologies and data-based approaches support future-oriented changes in risk and compliance.
- Very good communication skills in German (at least C1 level) and English.
- Agile, curious, and team-oriented mindset.
