Requirements

• Consulting experience at Manager level (Big Four or equivalent professional services background preferred)
• Demonstrable ability to develop transformational operational solutions for complex client requirements, including org design, process transformation, and technology integration
• Strong track record of business development, including client growth, proposals, and deal shaping
• Expertise in pricing, commercial negotiations, and third-party vendor management
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale projects/programs with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills at senior levels
• Experience leading and developing teams in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
