We are seeking a Manager to join our Workforce Advisory – ERP Change and Transformation practice, with a strong focus on SAP-enabled transformations.
Requirements
- Lead ERP Change & Transformation Programs
- Lead the design and execution of comprehensive change management strategies for SAP implementations
- Own and drive business readiness and adoption across the ERP project lifecycle
- Assess organizational and workforce impacts of ERP programs and lead the design of workforce transition, skill, and capability strategies
- Serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership, managing senior stakeholder relationships
- Ensure high-quality delivery of change deliverables
- Lead, coach, and develop project teams
- Lead and contribute to business development efforts
