We are seeking a Manager – Change Management for our Workforce Advisory group within our People Consulting practice. The candidate will provide change management leadership for clients undergoing large-scale transformations and lead change management projects and/or large change management workstreams.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge and application of relevant change frameworks like ADKAR and Kotter's 8-Step Process.
- Exceptional skills using Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Project) to create documents, analyze data, develop presentations, and manage communications effectively.
- Strong leadership skills, through experience leading teams or managing staff on projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including storytelling, adapting messaging and style to suit the needs of different audiences.
