On-site Technology Support Technician is responsible for providing technical support to customers within EY's conference rooms. The role requires experience with Microsoft Surface Hubs, Crestron, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and other technologies. The technician will also provide support for PC, MAC, and network connectivity issues, and manage ServiceNow tickets. The role requires excellent communication skills, team mentality, and self-motivation.
