We’re seeking an experienced Senior Manager in Learning Services within People Consulting to play a critical leadership role in shaping and delivering large-scale, transformation-driven learning and change initiatives for leading organizations.
Requirements
- Approximately 8–10 years of related professional services and/or external consulting experience
- 8+ years of progressive experience in learning, training, and development, including leadership of complex learning programs
- 3+ years of experience managing learning solution projects, budgets, and teams
- Hands-on experience with learning development tools such as SAP Enable Now, Articulate Storyline, Captivate, or similar platforms
- Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale technology transformations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft D365) with associated training and change initiatives
