Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in SAP HR systems implementations, with a focus on Employee Central.
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification.
- In-depth knowledge of EC Payroll is a significant advantage.
- Comprehensive understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management processes in global organizations.
- Expertise in translating complex business requirements related to SuccessFactors Employee Central solution in alignment with best practices.
- Extensive hands-on experience with data models and proficiency in XML, particularly in the context of employee data.
- Advanced skills in system configuration according to Solution Design & Configuration Workbook/Business Blueprint.
- Proven experience in preparing and executing test cases, test plans, and test scripts, with a focus on quality assurance in employee lifecycle management processes.
- Familiarity with MDF, foundation objects, associations, business rules, and workflows, with the ability to mentor others in these areas.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with experience in guiding project teams and ensuring successful project delivery.
- A higher education degree.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex compensation information clearly to stakeholders.
