We are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Senior Manager to join our EY GDS Consulting Services team. The role involves leading the delivery of strategic business advisory services in transformation and enterprise management systems, overseeing the implementation of processes across Cloud, Hybrid, and On-Premise environments. The Senior Manager will be responsible for ensuring the quality of implementation projects while also leading and developing the local SuccessFactors team.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in SAP HR systems implementations, with a strong focus on Employee Central.
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or Employee Central Time certification.
- In-depth knowledge of Employee Central Payroll is a significant advantage.
- Comprehensive understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management processes in global organizations, with the ability to influence and implement best practices.
- Expertise in translating complex business requirements related to the SuccessFactors Employee Central solution into effective system configurations and designs.
- Extensive hands-on experience with data models and proficiency in XML, particularly in the context of employee data management.
- Advanced skills in system configuration according to Solution Design & Configuration Workbook/Business Blueprint, with a focus on optimizing Employee Central functionalities.
- Proven experience in preparing and executing test cases, test plans, and test scripts, ensuring high standards of quality assurance in employee lifecycle management processes.
- Familiarity with MDF, foundation objects, associations, business rules, and workflows, with a demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members in these areas.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with experience in guiding cross-functional project teams and ensuring successful project delivery.
- A higher education degree in IT is a strong advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
