We are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant to join our EY GDS Consulting Services team focused on providing cutting-edge IT solutions dedicated to the biggest market players in EMEA region.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in SAP HR systems implementations.
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Compensation certification.
- Knowledge of SAP HCM is a plus.
- Understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management processes in global organizations.
- Ability to translate business requirements into system configuration objects and create solution designs for SuccessFactors Employee Management Solutions in compliance with best practices.
- Hands-on experience with data models and knowledge of XML.
- Proficiency in system configuration according to Solution Design & Configuration Workbook/Business Blueprint.
- Experience in preparing and executing test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
- Familiarity with MDF, foundation objects, associations, business rules, and workflows.
- Strong teamwork skills and experience in standard project tasks, including analysis and documentation.
- A higher education degree.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- German or other language knowledge
- Good understanding of HR business processes
