At EY, we're looking for a Senior Consultant - Reward to work on international and Dutch projects in the field of pay transparency, gender pay gap analysis, and remuneration policy. As a Senior Consultant - Reward, you will support experienced consultants, managers, and partners in preparing and executing complex reward-related issues for (international) clients.
Requirements
- Analytically strong and accurate, with an interest in the combination of data, remuneration, and labor law developments
- Completed university education, preferably in economics, business administration/finance, HRM/labor- and organizational psychology, law, or data/statistics-related
- Affinity with remuneration issues, equal pay, and relevant legislation
- Structured way of working and attention to detail
- Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written
