Requirements
- Work with data to understand reward- and HR-related issues
- Translate insights into concrete advice and process improvements
- Work with stakeholders to sharpen questions and translate them into insights and improvement actions
- Make (benchmark-)analyses and substantiated proposals for improving regulations
- Coordinate and implement improvement actions
- Participate in project ideas such as equal pay and market and benchmark research
- Optimize processes within reward and communicate with the team and business
