Senior Consultant (Tech M&A) role at EY in Dublin, Ireland, supporting key decision makers in developing and executing technology strategies for transactions.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional services/consulting experience within Transactions ideally technology diligence, carve out, integrations and value creation/cost improvement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience of producing high calibre reports, papers, presentations and thought leadership
- Proven experience across one or more of the following areas: Technology strategy, Systems and architecture review, Infrastructure analysis, Technology operating model, Cybersecurity review and assessment, Technology financials
