EY Hungary is seeking a Senior HR Advisor with a strong focus on compensation and benefits. This role involves leading projects, conducting analyses, designing pay structures, and collaborating with clients to create rewarding and competitive work frameworks. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of reward mechanisms and their impact on business outcomes.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in reward / compensation and benefits with a focus on job evaluation and grading
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Human Resources or a related field
- Proven ability to perform market analysis and design compensation structures
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel)
- Advantage: Being interested in payroll/income tax and social security
