The role involves shaping job architecture, determining pay structures, and leading projects to support organizational goals. The ideal candidate will be client-facing and capable of leading and supervising a team.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in reward/compensation and benefits, with a focus on job evaluation and grading
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Human Resources or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Excel
