Job Description

As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in designing and implementing organizational changes, HR transformation, and data and AI utilization in the field of human capital management.
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of experience in advisory projects or internal transformational projects in the HR, change management, or technology implementation field.
- Practical knowledge of HR processes and experience in their analysis, optimization, and digitalization.
- Experience in designing and implementing change management strategies (change management), including communication, impact analysis, and planning of supporting activities.
- Familiarity with HR tools and systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, ServiceNow) and interest in AI technologies and data analysis.
- Ability to work with data - analysis, interpretation, creating recommendations, and presentations.
- Highly developed interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience working with clients, leading workshops, and managing project relationships.
- Higher education (preferably in management, economics, or information technologies).
- Fluent English language proficiency (work in an international environment).
