As a Junior Analyst, you will support HR projects, change management, and the implementation of digital and AI solutions, focusing on data analysis and project team support.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in HR data analysis, advisory projects, or internal transformative projects in the HR, change management, or technology area.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and experience in their analysis and digitalization.
- Interest in AI technologies, data analysis, and HR tools (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, ServiceNow).
- Ability to work with data - analysis, interpretation, preparation of recommendations under supervision.
- Developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in working with clients or in team projects will be an additional asset.
