Job Description
Senior Legal Counsel; General Counsel's Office (Technology) - Join EY and help to build a better working world. Provide strategic advice to our business teams and internal stakeholders, and advise on key contractual terms with a view to assessing and identifying legal and business risks.
Requirements
- J.D. or LLB from a recognized law school and member in good standing of a law society in any Canadian Province
- A minimum of 5 – 7 years of post-call commercial and technology contracting experience gained at a leading law firm and/or in-house at a sophisticated organization
- Strong analytical skills and common-sense approach utilized to provide practical, strategic advice
- Strong negotiation skills that advance business objectives while fostering and maintaining positive relationships internally and externally
