Requirements
- Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA, PMP and CMC)
- Advanced graduate degree in business (e.g., MBA) or related programs
- 5-8 years of experience in professional services organization or related/career tracks
- Previous management consulting experience is a strong asset
- Experience related to mergers, acquisitions, and divestiture transactions
- Experience working in transactions with private equity, or strategic acquirers/sellers
