Senior Manager, Finance Transformation, Finance Consulting (Value & Performance Management)

We're looking for a Senior Manager, Finance Transformation, to help our clients drive finance transformation and value creation through technology. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams and collaborate with clients to understand their critical business problems and priorities. You will be responsible for building senior relationships, managing high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional client service.

Requirements

• Experience in business development and solution design for complex, multi-national businesses
• Deep expertise in your chosen market or sector
• Track record delivering large-scale finance or performance improvement programmes
• Strong senior client relationships and proven ability to originate and lead major engagements
• Valid and certified professional accounting qualification
• Experience in management consulting or delivery of multiple VPM programmes in industry
• Strong technical problem-solving capability
• Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality, visual outputs and insights
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
• Experience in coaching and developing high-performing teams
