Requirements
- Actively participate in enterprise ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects
- Configure, customize and maintain ServiceNow modules
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow technical components
- Ensure high technical quality of the solution
- Support requirements gathering and analysis with business stakeholders and technical teams
- Act as a bridge between clients and delivery teams
- Support User Acceptance Testing activities
- Support clients during rollout, go-live and post-implementation stabilization phases
- Contribute to process design aligned with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements
- Support the training of end users and operational teams
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal methodologies, accelerators and best practices
- Support and mentor junior team members
