As a Strategic Consultant HR Due Diligence / Reward, you will advise companies on strategic remuneration and HR due diligence questions, supporting national and international companies in corporate acquisitions and sales, and examining the implications of remuneration systems and HR strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in economics, business administration with a focus on strategy or finance, or mathematics
- Ideally, first work experience in a consulting firm or a comparable activity
- Secure negotiation skills in German and English
- Strong analytical skills, overarching and conceptual thinking, and an affinity for quantitative methods and models
- Team ability and communication strength
