Job Description
As a Strategic Consultant - Reward, you will advise national and international companies on strategic leadership and compensation issues, developing leadership and compensation strategies, creating overall compensation systems, and analyzing the implications of compensation systems and HR strategies.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a degree in economics, business administration with a focus on strategy or finance, or mathematics.
- Ideally, first work experience in a consulting firm or comparable activity.
- Fluent German and English language skills.
