Job Description
Join EY and help to build a better working world as a workspace technology support. Provide onsite support and maintenance of office IT/AV facilities, troubleshoot issues, and work with technologists and business specialists to meet the increasing pace of the business.
Requirements
- University graduate in computer science, management information systems or related field
- 3 years above relevant work experience
- Knowledge on IT and AV
- Knowledge of ITIL process
- Good problem solving and analytical approach to identify issues and solutions
- Experience with Windows laptop, networking, NAS, touch screen technology
