Job Description
Join the People Consulting team in EY to work on transformation programmes in Ireland, supporting clients to drive and evolve their people agenda in a rapidly changing global work environment. As a Change Management, Manager, you will be responsible for delivering change management, project management, engagement, business readiness, and supporting the People Consulting practice.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience, with experience working on major transformation programmes preferred
- Degree qualified
- Good understanding of change and transformation projects
- Ability to quickly grasp complex business problems and develop appropriate solutions
- Experience working in a change management role or delivering change programmes
