Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training and Change Manager to join our People Consulting Team. You will collaborate with clients to design, implement and evaluate comprehensive learning strategies to enhance the skills, knowledge, and capabilities of our clients.
Requirements
- Degree qualified and relevant professional experience
- Prior consulting experience in a client-facing role on large or complex transformation programmes
- Experience in using relevant training/L&D tools, templates, and change management methodologies
- Strong personal impact and resilience, ability to influence clients and stakeholders
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Practical approach to solving issues and gaining client agreement
