Requirements
- Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering
- Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical
- Bachelor of Business Administration
- Master of Science in Data Science
- Master of Business Administration
- Post Graduate Diploma in Management
- 10+ years of experience in procurement and supply chain transformation
- Proven track record in enterprise-level procurement strategy, category management, contract governance, and cost modeling
- Experience in operating model redesign, digital procurement platforms, and governance frameworks
- Strong exposure to global supply chain operations and multi-country procurement programs
- Sector expertise in Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities, Industrial Products, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, EPC, Metals & Minerals
- Executive presence and stakeholder management skills, including CXO-level engagement
- Willingness to travel for strategic engagements
