Business Development Analyst

The Business Development Analyst will support the integrity, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company's core KPI reporting used to analyze performance and provide actionable business insights for our healthcare services company. The ideal candidate will make highly impactful contributions by enabling data-driven decision-making, building and maintaining enterprise KPIs through executive dashboards, and delivering advanced and ad hoc analytics.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in investment banking or closely related financial analyst role
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques
• Demonstrated ability to assess ROI and interpret financial performance metrics
• Advanced Excel skills (modeling, scenario analysis, data manipulation)
• Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail
• B.S. or B.A. in Finance or Accounting
