Job Description
We are looking for a Head of Accounting to own and continue building our accounting function as Eye Security continues to scale. This is a leadership role with full ownership of accounting, statutory reporting, and audit readiness.
Requirements
- 8+ years of post-qualification experience with ownership of statutory accounts and audits
- Strong expertise in Dutch GAAP and a valid RA qualification
- Prior people management experience
- Experience working in multi-entity, international environments
- Experience working with modern ERP systems (MS Dynamics, NetSuite, SAP S/4HANA...)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to partner effectively across Finance and the wider organization
- Fluency in English
