ezCater is seeking an IT Service Desk Intern to help support our team in delivering a seamless, high-performance technology experience for our employees. This is a fantastic learning opportunity where you’ll assist with troubleshooting issues, help fulfill requests, and gain exposure to the tooling and processes that help our teams do their best work.
Requirements
- Assist the team in triaging and prioritizing requests for service desk tickets
- Support the employee lifecycle by helping with onboarding and off-boarding tasks using Okta and other internal tools
- Learn to assemble, install, and configure Apple and Windows laptops
- Gain experience with asset management by helping maintain accurate records via JAMF and NinjaOne
- Help manage employee software access via Okta
- Provide support for on-site and remote company meetings
- Assist with setting up and managing Google accounts and other various Google products
- Shadow and support the day one new hire training for ezCater employees
- Learn basic troubleshooting for network connectivity issues in our Cisco Meraki environment
- Contribute to various IT projects, potentially including supporting automation software and identifying areas for implementation
