Job Description
The IT Help Desk Intern will provide end-user IT support and training for residents across the Kendal at Lexington community, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- Provide end-user IT support and training for residents
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Assist residents with software applications
- Provide end-user IT support for staff as needed
- Assist with audio/visual setup for meetings and events
- Support installation, removal, and setup of IT equipment across campus
- Maintain professionalism, patience, and strong communication when working with residents, families, and staff
- Prioritize and manage daily tasks effectively while responding to support requests
