Learning Experience Designer - EZRA

We are seeking a Learning Experience Designer to design high-quality learning experiences that translate psychological insight, leadership thinking, and coaching principles into practical, engaging experiences that drive behaviour change at work.

Requirements

• 3-5 years' experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or a closely related role
• Strong instructional design capability, with experience designing learning for leadership development, coaching, or human skills
• A strong working knowledge of psychological principles and how these translate into effective learning design and behaviour change
