We're looking for a Learning Experience Designer to design high-quality learning experiences that translate psychological insight, leadership thinking, and coaching principles into practical, engaging experiences that drive behavior change at work.
Requirements
- 3–5 years' experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or a closely related role
- Strong instructional design capability, with experience designing learning for leadership development, coaching, or human skills
- A strong working knowledge of psychological principles and how these translate into effective learning design and behavior change
- Background in occupational psychology, behavioral science, or a related field is strongly preferred
- Experience applying evidence-based approaches to learning and development in organizational contexts
- Ability to turn complex ideas into clear, usable learning experiences
- Comfort collaborating with subject matter experts and cross-functional partners
- AI literacy, with experience using AI tools as part of your day-to-day work
