HVAC Quality Assurance Technician

F.H. Furr is seeking an elite Quality Assurance HVAC Technician to perform advanced diagnostics and complex repairs on residential HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and a commitment to quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience with strong diagnostic depth
• Expert knowledge of residential HVAC systems (gas furnaces, heat pumps, ACs, controls)
• Proven ability to troubleshoot non-routine, high-level technical issues
• Strong understanding of airflow, electrical systems, refrigeration, and combustion
• EPA certification required (NATE certification strongly preferred)
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to workmanship quality
• Strong communication skills—calm, clear, and professional
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
