Job Description
F.H. Furr is hiring a Residential HVAC Quality Assurance Technician to help ensure every system we install or service meets our high standards of safety, performance, and craftsmanship. This is a non-sales role designed for experienced HVAC professionals who want steady, year-round work without the pressure of upsells or commission goals.
Requirements
- Strong residential HVAC experience
- Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Solid understanding of HVAC systems, airflow, duct design, and performance standards
- Professional communication skillsâable to give clear, constructive feedback
- Comfortable using tablets or mobile devices for documentation
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role
- Valid driver's license (must be at least 21 per company policy)
