Project Manager

F.H. Paschen is looking for a Project Manager with strong leadership and communication skills to manage a variety of projects and lead a project team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction, project management, and supervisory responsibility.

Requirements

• Represent and demonstrate the values of F.H. Paschen
• Manage the entire project, including scheduling, purchasing, quality and safety
• Participate in preconstruction services, including estimating and value engineering
• Supervise Project Engineer(s), Assistant Project Manager(s), and Construction Intern
• Collaborate with other Project Manager(s) to find alternative solutions
• Negotiate financial disputes and change orders with owners
• Understand details of project scope of work
• Create and maintain project cost reports
• Develop field quality assurance and quality control plan with Superintendent
• Responsible for managing MBE/WBE subcontracting requirements
• Responsible for EEO/Affirmative action contract requirements
