The role will involve managing projects from start to finish, collaborating with other teams, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements

• BS in Construction Management or Engineering
• 6-10 years of construction experience
• 5+ years as a Project Manager
• Ability to manage multiple projects and personnel simultaneously
• Knowledge of construction, design, cost reporting, and cash flow management
• Computer skills and knowledge of Project Management and Scheduling
• Good communication and organizational skills
